<p>The present invention relates to nucleic acid sequences which are fragments of HIV-1 genome. The nucleic acids of the present invention are use as decoys for the treatment of lentivirus infection.In particular, the present invention relates to nucleic acids capable of forming at least one G-quadruplex domain and that are capable of inhibiting the replication of at least one lentivirus, such as HIV-1.</p>
