A three-way elevator system for improving the operating efficiency of an elevator by using first to third elevation spaces in a building including the first, second and third elevation spaces comprises: a plurality of ropeless elevators moving along the first to third elevation spaces; a switch space for the movement of the ropeless elevators among the first to third elevation spaces; and a central control unit for controlling the movement of the ropeless elevators, wherein the central control unit can control the movement directions of the plurality of ropeless elevators circulating through the first to third elevation spaces according to a passenger transfer plan. |
