An array substrate and manufacturing method thereof, a display substrate and display device; the array substrate comprises a glass substrate (101), a flexible substrate (102) comprising a first area (1021) and a second area (1022), a display array (103) formed in the first area (1021) of the flexible substrate (102), and a peripheral circuit (104) formed in the second area (1022) of the flexible substrate (102); the glass substrate (101) is supported on the lower surface of the first area (1021) of the flexible substrate (102); and the second area (1022) extends to the outside of the glass substrate (101) from the first area (1021). The array substrate realizes manufacturing of an ultra-narrow frame display device or even a frameless display device. |
