The present invention discloses an electronic device and a notification method in an Internet service. A server is configured to compare previously received contents with the first contents if recognizing first contents which are new contents from a first user, generate a notification message indicating that the first contents related to the second contents are uploaded if second contents including at least a part of information of the first contents exist among information of the previously received contents, and send the generated notification message to at least one user who uploads one of the first contents and the second contents. Moreover, various embodiments can be realized. |
