A decorative panel for an air-conditioner in-room unit attached to a ceiling, wherein the design characteristics of the intake grill thereof are improved without adding a production step. The decorative panel (40) is equipped with a panel body (41) in which an intake port (42a) is formed, and an intake grill (60) attached to the intake port (42a) of the panel body (41). The intake grill (60) has a grill body (61) positioned in the intake port (42a) and formed in a lattice shape so as to have a plurality of intake holes (63) formed therein. The periphery of the grill body (61) on the undersurface of the decorative panel (40) has a plurality of recesses (81) formed therein so as to surround the grill body (61).
