PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a marker device which can be easily arranged in target land, to provide a marker device which can easily confirm the presence of a marker and its position through a camera etc, and to provide a marker device which functions for a long time and also functions a reference point while suppressing power consumption low.SOLUTION: A system includes: a measurement part which measures its current position by a GPS system at a predetermined period so as to measure three-dimensional position coordinates; a meteorological information acquisition part which receives a measured value of an aerovane as meteorological information at a predetermined period; an authentication information generation part; a storage part having a self-ID storage area, a current position storage area, a meteorological information storage area, a password storage area, and a response storage area; a retransmission part which transmits its current position to other marker devices; a correction part which corrects the current position; and a display part which displays the self-ID, current position, meteorological information, and response in the form of two-dimensional code. |
