PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an engagement member capable of being detachable, and engaging with excellent engagement force, a hook-and-loop fastener, and a rigidity member for construction.SOLUTION: An engagement member includes columnar engagement means 20 extending in a height direction H with respect to a base material 40, and the engagement means 20 comprises a plate capable of flexibly deforming. In the height direction H of the engagement 20, at a place separate from the base material 40, an enlarged part 51 expanding in a width direction orthogonal direction to the height direction H is provided, and at least in the enlarged part 51, a slit 53 capable of deforming inwardly in the width direction is provide. |
