PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To receive a package outside the home even if a client of delivery does not know contact information of a delivery agent.SOLUTION: A server device (12) includes: a storage part (30) which stores identification information of a delivery agent and contact information of the delivery agent; a receiving part (32) which receives current position and identification information of a portable terminal (10) from the portable terminal (10); and a transfer part (34) which retrieves the storage part (30), specifies the contact information corresponding to the identification information, and transfers the current position to the specified contact. |
