The purpose of the present invention is to provide a valuable recovery method, valuable recovery device, and valuable recovery system with which it is possible to reduce the treatment cost and to recover valuables which have conventionally been difficult to recover. This valuable recovery method includes: a combustion ash suspension preparation step (S2) in which water for the preparation is added to combustion ash to prepare a combustion ash suspension; a binder supply step (S3) in which a given amount of an oil-based binder is supplied to the combustion ash suspension; a granulation step (S4) in which the combustion ash suspension is mixed with the oil-based binder and pellets are formed therefrom; a sieving step (S5) in which after the granulation step, a sieve is used to separate the combustion ash suspension into the pellets and a waste liquid from which unburned carbon has been separated; and a valuable recovery step in which the pellets are recovered (S6) as unburned carbon, which is a major valuable, and minor valuables are separated and recovered (S7) from the waste liquid from which unburned carbon has been separated.
