The present invention relates to an internal tissue removing device for surgery. This is characterized by comprising: a casing; a control unit for generating a control signal; a vibration generating unit installed inside the casing to receive the control signal from the control unit and output vibrations; a vibrating rod extending to the outside of the casing while linked to the vibration generating unit, inserted into a body so that an extended end thereof can reach a target region inside the body, and linked to the operation of the vibration generating unit so as to vibrate in a lengthwise direction; a scraper tightly fixed to the extended end of the vibrating rod, vibrating while in contact with an object to be removed, and scraping and removing the object to be removed while in contact therewith; and bending means for bending the scraper at a desired curvature to put same in close contact with the object to be removed. The internal tissue removing device for surgery of the present invention as configured above has active steering means so as to be capable of easily entering the intervertebral foramen and also being set at a precise position within the intervertebral foramen, and also has a flexible scraping plate for scraping away an object to be removed so as to be capable of operating while completely pressed against a diseased part inside the intervertebral foramen to make removal efficiency that much more outstanding. Also, because a technique is employed of using a motor to vibrate the scraping plate, tissue removal can be completed in a very short period of time. |
