An interference puncturing-proof electric multiple unit car-roof composite insulator. The composite insulator comprises a support body (21) and at least 5 sets of sheds (22) provided around the sidewall of the support body (21) and arranged in parallel in the axial direction. The at least 5 sets of sheds (22) comprise: each among at least four sets of sheds located at the upper end comprises one large shed and one small shed, and, each among at least one set of sheds located at the lower end comprises two small sheds. Such shed structure facilitates tolerance for impulse voltage and an interface is not prone to being punctured; the electric field of the improved interface does not exceed 3 kV/mm; hence, the interface is not punctured even with gas being produced at the interface.
