<p>An electrical machine (1) comprising a casing (2) comprising a base wall (15) provided with at least one projection (16) projecting from the base wall (15) towards the inside of the casing; the machine (1) also comprises a stator (3) formed by a ferromagnetic core (4) having a plurality of pole shoes (6) each having a respective end (6a), a plurality of conductors (8) wound on the pole shoes (6) to form a plurality of coils (9) constituting a stator winding (10), a first and a second insulator (18, 19) interposed between the ferromagnetic core (4) and the stator winding (10); at least one coil (9) of the winding (10) has an end portion (12) engaged with the projection (16) for heat exchange with it; the insulators (18, 19) comprise at least for the coil (9) abutted against the projection (16) a housing (20, 22) for a first number (N1) of turns (11a) of the coil (9) and a second housing (21, 23) for a second number (N2) of turns (11b) of the coil (9); the first and the second housing (20, 21, 22, 23) are shaped in such a way that a layer (25) of the turns (11) of the end portion (12) abutted against the projection (16) is defined by stretches of the conductor (8) all substantially coplanar with each other.</p> |
