PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic packaging machine with high reliability in which a vibrator can easily be operated at an optimum operation frequency regardless of a packaging condition.SOLUTION: A bag packaging machine 3 comprises a first anvil, a first horn, a first ultrasonic vibrator 41 and a controller 90. The first horn holds a cylindrical film between itself and the first anvil to perform lateral sealing of the cylindrical film. The first ultrasonic vibrator is connected to the first horn. The controller makes the first ultrasonic vibrator 41 vibrate at a prescribed oscillation frequency at the time of sealing the cylindrical film. The controller includes an arithmetic logical unit 92 which calculates a suitable oscillation frequency in accordance with the difference in packaging conditions on the basis of an oscillation frequency corresponding signal acquired at the time of sealing the cylindrical film executed in advance in trial operation. |
