PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas barrier film having hot water resistance that does not cause interlayer peeling and deterioration in barrier properties even when subjected to hot water treatment under stronger conditions and to provide a medical infusion packaging material and a food packaging material each using the film.SOLUTION: The gas barrier film having hot water resistance is a gas barrier film produced by laminating at least a gas barrier layer obtained by laminating a gas barrier substance and a polymer resin layer obtained by laminating a polymer resin in this order on an easy adhesion surface of a substrate film subjected to easy adhesion coating treatment. The polymer resin is produced by the crosslinking reaction of a coating composition containing a water-soluble polymer, a metal alkoxide and a coupling agent and the water-soluble polymer is a mixture of an acetoacetyl-modified PVA obtained by partially substituting a hydroxyl group with an acetoacetyl group and an ethylene-modified PVA obtained by partially substituting a hydroxyl group with an ethylene group. The medical infusion packaging material and the food packaging material use the film.
