Provided in the present invention are a VM resource scheduling method, apparatus, and system, said VM resource scheduling method comprising: when a service device determines that a VM scaling operation needs to be implemented on a number of VM used for serving an application, said service device acquires the application type of said application; the service device, on the basis of the corresponding relationship between the smallest constituent unit and the application type, determines the number of VM of the VM scaling operation; and, on the basis of the determined number of VM, executes the VM scaling operation. Hence, the present invention improves the rationality of the VM scaling operation. |
