PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a touch sensor that is thinner than a conventional configuration.SOLUTION: The touch sensor includes: a piezoelectric film having a first main surface and a second main surface; a hard coat made of an insulator and formed on the first main surface; a first piezoelectric detection electrode formed on a surface of the hared coat layer, the surface at an opposite side to the piezoelectric film; and a second piezoelectric detection electrode formed on the second main surface. Since the hard coat layer is formed on the first main surface of the piezoelectric film in the above configuration, an adhesive layer to adhere the hard coat layer and the piezoelectric film is unnecessary. Thus, the touch sensor can be made thinner compared to a conventional configuration in which an insulating base film with a piezoelectric detection electrode formed on a surface thereof is adhered to a piezoelectric film. |
