PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve awareness of energy saving and health management.SOLUTION: A power control system comprises: a power commander for performing limitation so that total electric energy in a home does not exceed the maximum allowable power, by individually controlling power of a plurality of home electric appliances in the home while taking the maximum allowable power allowed to be used in the home as the upper limit; a display apparatus that is connected to the power commander by wire or wireless communication and displays an operation content of the power commander; and a health management apparatus for measuring data on a human body. The power commander includes a health management processing unit that acquires measurement data measured by the health management apparatus from the health management apparatus, and processes the data. The display apparatus displays, according to operation of a user, the measurement data processed by the health management processing unit and at least any one of information showing an upper limit total electric energy set by the power commander, information showing use electric energy being used at the present moment, and information showing difference between the total electric energy and the use electric energy.
