PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To flexibly respond to even an unexpected change of a customer attraction situation by setting a power-saving time in small steps.SOLUTION: A power-saving time setting device comprises: an input unit for accepting a directive from a user; a display unit; a display state switching unit for going to a power-saving mode when no input operation is performed for a prescribed time after previous input was accepted; a power-saving time setting unit for setting a power-saving time and its time zone on the basis of the accepted directive, and holding the setting; and a power-saving time determination unit for referring to the setting and determining a power-saving time. When the power-saving time setting unit accepts a directive for setting the power-saving time and its time slot in at least two hierarchical layer among a plurality of predetermined hierarchical layers, setting is made so that the scope of the time slot in the lower layer is included within the scope of the time slot in the upper layer. When the power-saving time determination unit refers to the setting and finds that the power-saving time is set in two or more layers, the lower layer is prioritized over the upper layer as the power-saving time is determined. |
