The diffusing layer includes a matrix and a diffusing member distributed in the matrix. The wavelength conversion layer includes a wavelength conversion substance. A difference between a refractive index of the wavelength conversion layer and a refractive index of the matrix is 0.3 or less, and a difference between a refractive index of the matrix and a refractive index of the diffusing member is 0.05 or more. |
