1. A stabilized nanosuspension comprising:
a) an aqueous solution comprising a water-soluble surfactant and a water-soluble polymer, wherein particles of a pharmaceutically active ingredient are suspended within said aqueous solution; and b) combining a de-agglomeration agent with said aqueous solution, wherein said de-agglomeration agent maintains an average size of said particles of less than about 800 nm;and wherein said de-agglomeration agent maintains a supersaturated concentration of said pharmaceutically active ingredient above a solubility of said pharmaceutically active ingredient in said nanosuspension. |
