Provided is a water-dispersed adhesive composition which is capable of forming an adhesive that has a good balance between adhesive force and cohesive force. The present invention provides a water-dispersed adhesive composition which contains an acrylic polymer (A) and an acrylic polymer (B). The acrylic polymer (B) has a Tg of 0°C or more and an Mw of more than 0.3 × 104 but 5 × 104 or less. The Mw of the acrylic polymer (A) is higher than the Mw of the acrylic polymer (B).
