The present invention relates to a liquid beverage supercooling device for supercooling a liquid beverage, such as a fancy drink or alcohol, to a solidifying point or lower in a liquid state. An embodiment of the present invention provides a liquid beverage supercooling device comprising: a body having a cooling chamber formed therein; a door installed on one side of the body so as to open/close the cooling chamber; an evaporator installed on one side of the cooling chamber so as to supercool air in the cooling chamber; and a blowing fan installed on one side of the evaporator so as to supply cold air, which has been supercooled through the evaporator, to the cooling chamber.
