An electronic cigarette and a control method therefor, comprising an electronic cigarette body. The electronic cigarette body is provided with a microcontroller (4), a voice module (5), and a touch module (6). Multiple touch areas (11) are provided on the surface of the electronic cigarette body. The voice module (5) and the touch module (6) are connected to the microcontroller (4). The touch module (6) is used for detecting touch signals in the different touch areas (11) and for converting the signals into corresponding electric signals to be transmitted to the microcontroller (4). When the electric signals transmitted by the touch module (6) are analyzed by the microcontroller (4), same controls the voice module (5) to emit voices corresponding to the touch areas (11). The electronic cigarette produces different musical notes when a user either touches or approaches the touch module (6), the user is guided by music to switch between different fingers in holding the electronic cigarette while smoking, and cases of fatigued finger caused by using only certain fingers in holding the electronic cigarette are prevented, thus enhancing user experience. |
