PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a long-acting human follicle-stimulating hormone formulation having an effect which relatively highly maintains in vivo activity of human follicle-stimulating hormone, and remarkably prolongs the half-life in blood, and having improved in vivo duration and stability comprising a human follicle-stimulating hormone conjugate; and to provide a preparation method thereof.SOLUTION: A long-acting human follicle-stimulating hormone formulation having improved in vivo duration and stability comprises a human follicle-stimulating hormone conjugate that is prepared by linking human follicle-stimulating hormone with an immunoglobulin Fc region via a non-peptidyl polymer selected from polyethylene glycol, polypropylene glycol, copolymers of ethylene glycol and propylene glycol, polyoxyethylated polyols, polyvinyl alcohol, polysaccharides, dextran, polyvinyl ethyl ether, biodegradable polymers, lipid polymers, chitins, hyaluronic acid, and combinations thereof. |
