PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system, device, and method for connecting, configuring and testing new wireless devices and applications.SOLUTION: The present invention includes: automatically pre-provisioning a trial SIM card for operation on a particular wireless network for a prospective customer to make a wireless device available; automatically pre-configuring a wireless machine-to-machine (M2M) device, in which the wireless M2M device includes testing and monitoring program code which, when the wireless M2M device is connected to a computer system, is connected to the wireless network and executes a plurality of test operations for testing the wireless M2M device and the trial SIM card. The test operation includes determining: whether the SIM card is provisioned for the wireless network; whether the wireless M2M device is operated properly; and whether connection of wireless data is present. |
