PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid injection device which allows liquid to be topically diffused over a wide range.SOLUTION: A permeation device has a suction tube 20, injection tubes 12,13, and a water absorption cover material 18 that covers at least the tips of the injection tubes 12,13 and areas around them. The suction tube 20 can suck in the liquid getting to the inside of the suction tube 20 from the water absorption cover material 18. |
