PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect an operation that is suspected to fraudulently withdraw cash from a drawer, as an abnormal drawer operation.SOLUTION: A history information acquiring section 121 acquires history of an operation (each function) by an operator. A reference information acquiring section 122 acquires a reference of a standard operation on an operation specified from the history out of the reference (drawer opening permission time and a drawer open permission frequency) of the standard operation preset for each operation (for each function) of opening a drawer. An abnormality detecting section 123 obtains difference from the reference of the standard operation acquired from the reference information acquiring section 122 for each operation specified by the history and, when there is predetermined difference or more, detects the operation as an abnormal drawer operation. |
