摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine capable of displaying am image in time when desiring to display the image without a problem even if using storage means having slow reading speed as storage means of image information.SOLUTION: A game machine transfers at least a part of image data to a resident video RAM 189 in initialization processing just after power supply, and makes them resident. Thereby, after an end of the initialization processing, an image controller 188 can perform drawing processing of an image while using the image data made resident in the resident video RAM 189. Accordingly, because it is not necessary to read the corresponding image data from a character ROM 187 composing a NAND type flash memory 187a having slow reading speed in time of image drawing, a time taken in reading thereof can be eliminated, and the drawing of the image is immediately performed to display the drawn image on an auxiliary display part 65.
