PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of performing authentication processing at a further low cost.SOLUTION: An authentication system includes: an authentication section that performs authentication on the basis of a sender number of a call transmitted to a telephone number and including an enterprise identification number representing a prescribed telecommunications carrier and an additional number representing a service; and a control section for relaying the call to a device of a reception destination number according to the additional number. The authentication system further includes a notification section receiving the call relayed by the control section and notifying a service provision device according to the additional number, of a part or all of the additional number.
