PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power consumption behavior estimation apparatus configured to estimate power consumption behavior accurately by use of total power consumption to be easily acquired.SOLUTION: An estimation processing section 11 of an estimation apparatus 10 learns an identification model (CRF) for identifying a system of feature quantity extracted from the total power consumption acquired by a total power consumption acquisition section 12, as a system of a virtual power consumption behavior. Specifically, the processing section 11 learns the identification model by use of feature quantity extracted from the total power consumption for learning with known power consumption behavior and virtual power consumption behavior to be obtained by clustering the feature quantity. The processing section 11 leans correspondence between a known power consumption behavior and a virtual power consumption behavior identified by use of the identification model. The processing section 11 identifies the feature quantity to be extracted from total power consumption with unknown power consumption behavior acquired by the acquisition section 12, by use of the identification model, to estimate the power consumption behavior.
