PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pellicle storage container which is used for storing a pellicle having at least one side of a length of 500 mm or greater and is low-cost, light and high-rigidity.SOLUTION: A pellicle storage container includes a container body on which a pellicle having at least one side length of 500 mm or greater is mounted and a lid body locked by engagement between the container body and its peripheral edge part and is obtained by forming a resin-made sheet material. The container body has a rib part of a concave shape when viewed from the outside, and reinforcement means of reinforcing the rib part is connected outside the rib part. The reinforcement means preferably has a tabular shape or a nearly C- or L-shaped cross sectional shape. When having a tabular shape, the reinforcement means is preferably connected so as to cover the concave part of the rib part. When having a nearly C- or L-shaped cross sectional shape, the reinforcement means is preferably connected by entire or a partial engagement in the rib part. |
