A measure of good actions “MOGA” system and method is described that receives, collects and/or monitors actions of a Payor and ascribes a value to actions and combinations of actions over time thereby producing a good actions metric that may also be used as a credit worthiness metric.

1. A method of generating a Financial Measure of Good Action Metric System (“MOGA”) generated metric score associated with a Payor having a Payor account at a financial institution (“FI”), the method comprising:
receiving information from the FI related to a negotiable instrument drawn by the Payor on the FI that has caused a non-sufficient funds (“NSF”) occurrence; storing the information in a database; and generating the MOGA generated metric score based on the stored information.
