The present invention provides an electromagnetic valve capable of achieving a stable flow rate while suppressing power consumption and a brake device with such an electromagnetic valve. The electromagnetic valve according to the present invention has a valve element axially movable by the action of an electromagnetic force generated upon energization of a coil, a first elastic member that biases the valve element in a valve opening direction, and a second elastic member that biases in a direction that counteracts the biasing of the first elastic member, wherein the first elastic member is set with a set load larger than that of the second elastic member. |

1. An electromagnetic valve, comprising:
a solenoid having a wound coil; a cylindrical member arranged in an inner periphery of the solenoid and formed of a non-magnetic material; a magnetic member being axially movable within the cylindrical member by the action of an electromagnetic force generated upon energization of the coil; a body arranged adjacent to one end portion of the magnetic member and formed of a magnetic material with a hollow part; a valve element arranged in the hollow part and being axially movable by axial movement of the magnetic member; a seat member having a hydraulic passage formed therein such that the hydraulic passage can be closed by contact with the valve element; a first elastic member that biases the valve element in a valve opening direction; and a second elastic member that biases the magnetic member in a direction that counteracts the biasing of the first elastic member, the first elastic member being set with a set load larger than that of the second elastic member. |
