PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved protein kinase B inhibition compound and pharmaceutical composition using the compound.SOLUTION: A crystalline N-{(1S)-2-amino-1-[(3-fluorophenyl)methyl]ethyl}-5-chloro-4-(4-chloro-1-methyl-1H-pyrazol-5-yl)-2-thiophene carboxamide chloride is of formula (1). A pharmaceutical composition blended with the compound or a pharmaceutical combination agent containing at least one antineoplastic agent additionally are provided. The pharmaceutical composition and the pharmaceutical combination agent blended with the compound are used in treatment of diseases or disease states selected from cancer and arthritis of mammals or in mitigation of the degree of seriousness of the diseases or disease states.
