PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a garment with a heat radiation function capable of maintaining an air permeable state of a ventilation duct.SOLUTION: A garment with a heat radiation function includes: a garment body 1 in which a ventilation duct 2 having at least one each of an air outlet 211 and an air inlet 241 communicated with the outside is defined between a front cloth 101 and a lining cloth 102; spacer means 3 interposed at a place corresponding to the ventilation duct 2 between the front cloth 101 and the lining cloth 102 for maintaining an air permeable state of the ventilation duct 2; air driving means 4 arranged so as to be communicated with the ventilation duct 2 for driving an air flow in which outer air is sucked into the ventilation duct 2 through the air inlet 241, and is blown out through the air outlet 211; and control means 5 electrically connected to the air driving means 4 so as to control the air driving means 4. |
