The present invention relates to a system for purchasing a product and managing distribution which increases efficiency and productivity of a company. The system for purchasing a product and managing distribution comprises: a communication interface unit which compatibly connects a consumer system to an MRO system; an MRO database having a provider information database; a purchase request managing unit which receives a purchase request of a product from a consumer; a contract managing unit which checks whether a contract exists between the consumer and a provider for the product; a contract evaluating unit which evaluates a past contract of each provider; a contract generating unit which receives an approval of the consumer about a successful bid provider; an order managing unit which generates a purchase order about the product and sends the purchase order to the provider system; a warehousing managing unit which checks whether an ordered product is warehoused in the consumer; and a distribution managing unit which manages release processes of the product.
