Disclosed is a solenoid valve for adjusting the hydraulic pressure of an automatic transmission which can provide hydraulic pressure as a frictional element through a magnetic force by magnetic flux generated in accordance with the conduction of a coil and a force by the hydraulic pressure generated in accordance with an application of the hydraulic pressure and adjust the conversion of transfer passage for discharging a hydraulic pressure from a frictional element. The solenoid valve comprises: a bobbin (100) which forms a magnetic path part (10) and an oil path part (20); a ball (110) which is installed for a conversion between a supply path (S) and a discharge path (D) in the oil path part (20); a rod (120) which is movably installed in the direction of pressuring the ball (110) in the magnetic path part (10) to convert a transfer path of a hydraulic pressure from the supply path (S) to the discharge path (D); a valve seat (130) which adjusts the opening and closing of the supply path (S) through contact with the ball (110); and a ball seat (140) which adjusts the opening and closing of the discharge path (D) through contact with the ball (310) at a position opposite to the valve seat (130).
