PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress quality deterioration during image combination including image processing for making a combination boundary part hardly conspicuous.SOLUTION: A boundary determination part determines a combination boundary by selecting pixels in which the similarity of the gradient of pixel values in corresponding mutual pixels in a mask image S and an input image D as a combination boundary pixel showing a combination boundary between the input image and the mask image when overlapping a portion of the mask image on a portion of the input image to generate a combination image. Further, the boundary determination part selects pixels in which the gradient in the tangential direction of the boundary is equal to or less than a predetermined threshold as a boundary pixel. |
