PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal processor, an ultrasonic diagnostic device and a signal processing method which can reduce the calculation error of distortion with easy processing.SOLUTION: A signal processor for calculating distortion of a subject relevant to change in the pressurized state by using a first signal waveform of an ultrasonic wave reflected by the subject in the first pressurized state and a second signal waveform of the ultrasonic wave reflected by the subject in the second pressurized state, comprises: phase difference extraction means which extracts a phase difference component in each time between the first signal waveform and the second signal waveform; correlation calculation means which calculates the distortion difference and initial phase difference relevant to the difference in angular frequencies between the first signal waveform and the second signal waveform in accordance with the correlation between each time and the phase difference component in each time; and distortion calculation means which calculates the distortion on the basis of the distortion difference. |
