An electronic eyesight examination system adopting double-blind design. The system is characterized by comprising hardware and software. The hardware mainly comprises a blindfold plate (1), an infrared ray transmitter (2), an infrared ray receiver (3), a handheld controller (4), a processor (5), a bar code reader (6) and a sighting mark display (7). The software installed in the processor (5) mainly comprises an identity recognition module (15), a sighting mark display module (16), a sighting mark progressive module (17), a dynamic distance measuring module (18), an eyesight conversion module (19) and a storage module (20). The examination system displays sighting marks of different sizes by means of the sighting mark display (7), an examinee can freely select the distinguishing time and the elimination distance within a certain range without the participation of a doctor, and the examinee does not know the specific eyesight value represented by an eyesight row for current elimination in the elimination process, so that information bias caused by an examiner and the examinee is eliminated. The examination system adopts the principle of double-blind design, so sighting mark selection/eyesight examination can be carried out freely, and therefore the real eyesight of the examinee can be more accurately reflected. |
