The present invention relates to a module transfer assembly. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the module transfer assembly comprises: a supply rail where a module to be installed in an offshore structure is loaded; a connection rail provided to be ascended and descended and connected to one end of the supply rail while the connection rail is descended to receive the module; and an alignment rail connected with the connection rail of which one end is ascended to receive the module and positioned on an upper deck of the offshore structure.
