<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring apparatus capable of preventing occurrence of backlash and performing high-density three-dimensional measurement.SOLUTION: The mirror surfaces of reflectors 83 and 83 are tilted smoothly in a longitudinal direction so that each optical path through which the laser beam radiated from a laser beam sensor 9 is reflected has gradually different angles from the m-th optical path having an appropriate angle with respect to a first optical path orthogonal to the central axis of a first rotation axis to the first optical path. The laser beam radiated from the laser beam sensor 9 is gradually directed upward, by the reflectors 83 and 83, from the direction orthogonal to the central axis to the axial length direction of the central axis, so that a three-dimensional space can be scanned at a high density.</p> |
