<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor capable of shortening inspection time, while acquiring images of an inspection object at multiple points by using a single camera. <P>SOLUTION: A control section 15 determines setting data so as to set multiple regions separated from each other in an area image as extraction regions, and writes the setting data into a setting storage section 13. An image capturing section 111 captures partial images of all the multiple extraction regions from a camera 2, and stores the partial images by extraction region in a storage section 112. Accordingly, the multiple partial images captured with elapsing of time are stored for each of the extraction regions in the storage section 112. An image generating section 114 arranges the multiple partial images side by side in chronological order by extraction region to generate two-dimensional images, and stores the two-dimensional images by extraction region in an image storage section 115. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
