<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform communication via a network in which an actual response time or average response time from a server is the shortest rather than a network with a communication standard of which the theoretical communication speed is the fastest when a communication device exchanges data with the server.SOLUTION: A communication device measures a response time or an average response time from a desired server 20 by means of multiple types of network interfaces 200 with communication standards different from each other, and uses an interface used when the shortest response time or average response time was measured for normal communication with the server.</p> |
