The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating rotator cuff rupture comprising a mixture of DNA fragments separated from fish′s semen or testis an active ingredients. It has effects on increasing rate of wound healing and promoting functional recovery as well as decreasing pains by injecting the pharmaceutical composition of the present invention into a lesion diagnosed with rotator cuff rupture.
