The present invention relates to a rapid sludge circulation emulsifying apparatus. The apparatus includes: an inner drum which receives the sludge pressure-fed from a sludge supply pipe through a lower end to discharge the sludge through the open upper surface and stores multiple beads for applying a physical impact onto the sludge on the inside; a screen drum which has the lower surface open and coupled to the upper end of the inner drum and has a screen letting the sludge pass through while not letting the beads pass through as a side surface; a rotational shaft which is installed to penetrate the screen drum and the inner drum and is rotated by a motor; multiple pegs which are installed on the rotational shaft in order to be arranged in the inner space of the inner drum; and an outer drum which is arranged to store the sludge passing through the screen of the screen drum and has a sludge discharge pipe on the lower end to discharge the stored sludge.
