The present invention relates to a crushing apparatus and a crushing method for repairing a bottom of a concrete structure. Specifically, the crushing apparatus for repairing a bottom of a concrete structure comprises: a crushing device which is detachably installed between a pair of rails installed a prescribed distance away from a bottom of a concrete structure such as a culvert, a tunnel, and an upper plate of a bridge to be moved forward and backward, moves forward or backward along the rails in response to a drive of a forward/backward drive means controlled by a controller, directly crushes a portion of the bottom of the concrete structure through a drive of a planing drum, and collects waste produced during crushing to automatically discharge the waste to the ground; and the controller which comprises an operation unit operated by a worker on the ground, and controls an overall drive of the crushing device while being electrically connected to the crushing device. Therefore, when the crushing apparatus is used to crush the portion of the bottom of the concrete structure to repair the bottom of the concrete structure, safety for the worker or other people can be secured, and time and expenses for partial crushing can be drastically reduced. |
