The present invention provides a time delay integration (TDI) line image sensor. According to the present invention, the TDI line image sensor is characterized by comprising: a pixel unit which has N line sensors having M charge coupled devices (CCD) arranged in a line, being horizontally arranged in a scanning direction, horizontally moves a charge accumulated in each column of the line sensors, and accumulates the charge; and an output unit to receive the charge, which is accumulated in the pixel unit, in parallel, storing the charge after performing analog-to-digital (AD) conversion, and then sequentially outputting the charge. |
