The present invention is to provide a channel segment structure for precast concrete grating by using steel materials having tension, and a production method and a construction method thereof. To achieve this, the channel segment structure according to the present invention comprises: steel materials having tension; sheath pipes spaced apart at predetermined intervals from the steel materials having tension; front-end key grooves formed to be recessed in a predetermined shape; front-end keys formed to protrude in a predetermined shape; connection grooves formed to be recessed by a predetermined thickness; fixing protrusions formed to be cut at a predetermined height; and gratings fixated and installed.
