A cooling turbine assembly for an air cycle system according to the present invention comprises a cooling turbine, a fan, a main housing, and a fan flow passage housing. The cooling turbine is mounted on one side of a rotational shaft, receives a rotational force from a force of compressed air colliding therewith, and expands and cools the compressed air. The fan is mounted on the other side of the rotational shaft to rotate with the cooling turbine, forms a suction flow passage on one side thereof towards the cooling turbine, and sucks in atmospheric air with a suction force by rotation. The main housing is disposed between the cooling turbine and the fan. The fan flow passage housing is installed between the fan and the main housing to intersect with the suction flow passage, and forms an insulation space therein to block heat of the atmospheric air passing through the suction flow passage from being transferred to a cooling turbine side. |
